One of our goals is to create a positive experience for respondents, by ensuring our interviewing team is friendly and inviting, without pressuring you to participate. We believe that this creates more valuable research and a community based attitude towards improving radio.
We're honest about how long our surveys are likely to take, and attempt to call at times most convenient to you - you're doing us a service after all!
