Festival City Research is an Adelaide based organisation, specialising in market research data collection for the radio industry. We deliver high quality market trending, enabling our clients to create relevant programs for their target demographic.
Each year we conduct some 40,000 interviews with people throughout the country, in both metropolitan and regional areas. Our great team of interviewers create a fun and friendly work environment that is reflected in their courteous and professional manner when conducting a survey with you.
Ongoing training and development is a key performance indicator for us. We aim to regularly review what we do and how we do it, so that both interviewers and respondents enjoy the experience.
